After completing and submitting the intake form and meal diary we can go ahead and schedule you for your first 60 minute session. After our first meeting, I will review everything we discussed and create a plan for you. Your second 30 minute session can be booked one week after our first session during which will go over the recommendations, make any necessary adjustments, and answer any questions.
